The «Association of Procurement Experts» has been established with the purpose of advancement and protection of legal rights and interests of procurement experts, as well as to foster the development of the area of procurement and related sectors of economy in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The main objectives the «Association of Procurement Experts» are:
- assistance in the development and improvement of the systems of public, corporate and private procurement, and related sectors of the economy such as logistics, financial sphere, etc.;
- promotion of measures to reduce the manifestations of corruption in the sphere of procurement and to increase transparency;
- cooperation with governmental and non-governmental organizations against corruption;
- protection of legitimate rights and interests of procurement experts and members of the «Association of Procurement Experts»;
- assistance in the improvement of the regulatory framework and procurement practice;
- enhancement of the professional level of procurement experts;
- assistance in strengthening of public recognition of the work of procurement experts.
