The Association brings together experts specializing in the field of procurement, both state and international financial institutions.
The Association’s consultants have more than 20 years of practical experience in the field of procurement, both in conducting research and analytical work, trainings, and conducting tenders in all categories of procurement: goods, construction works and consulting services at the national and international level.
Procurement and research were carried out within the framework of projects of such organizations as the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), UNDP (UNDP), OECF, JICA, UN/IFAD, Global Environment Facility (GEF), OSCE, EBRD, etc.
Significant experience has been gained in the development, implementation and optimization of the public procurement system at the national level. Since 1997, the Association’s consultants have been directly involved in the development and implementation of a competitive public procurement system in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Projects implemented by our employees
Development and implementation of the public procurement system of the Kyrgyz Republic (1997 – 2001):
- development of an organizational system for public procurement, amendments and additions to the law on public procurement, development of the main Regulations (instructions for procuring organizations, regulation on the database of unreliable suppliers, regulation on the tender commission, etc.)
- development of standard tender documents, development of sample documents (evaluation protocol, announcement form, procurement plan form, etc.), development of training materials and guidelines
- preparation of draft government decrees
