The «Association of Procurement Experts» is a public non-commercial organization, which was established upon the initiative of procurement experts, united on the basis of shared interests to support its members in achieving their goals.
The Association has started its activity in 2014 without the formation of the legal entity. In 2016, it was decided by the members of the association to optimize its activity, and starting from March 2016, the Association is functioning in the status of the legal entity.
The Association operates within the following areas:
- public activity related to improvement of the system of public and corporate procurement and reduction of the level of corruption;
- education (enhancement of the qualification of procurement experts and business representatives);
- consulting services in the sphere of procurement related to all its aspects.
